Saint-Dizier Nord Haute-Marne Flagship Zone
The district community wanted to create what it called a flagship zone – setting a standard of high environmental quality in a zone for businesses and services.
The landscape project linked to the road network and the hydraulic network forms a framework inside which the building lots will progressively be laid out. It is structured around a central space, the “parkway” that serves the whole of the zone and links the three communes of the district. This space, designed as a large linear park beside a tree-lined boulevard, alternates meadows, wooded areas and large ponds collecting storm water.
