Bussy-Saint-Georges Cent Arpents Joint Development Zone
The development of the public spaces of the new quarter has two functions: on the one hand, to construct a network of streets to serve it, and on the other hand to manage the storm water on the surface. The hydraulic system, composed of transport (swales and channels) and collection systems (ditches, basins, floodable areas), drains into a final basin that enables the flow rate of the whole system to be regulated.
The project brings a contemporary image to the quarter while addressing biodiversity issues and playing with the evocation of the countryside of Seine-et-Marne.
