Tremblay-en-France, Villepinte Valley of the Sausset

A landscape framework over the whole of the sector of Charles-de-Gaulle South, at Tremblay-en-France, goes together with the development of its urbanisation by integrating the question of the future of the agricultural spaces of the France plain.

Different scenarios were drawn up, taking into account the agricultural needs of the site and the hydraulic questions of the whole of the water catchment area, with consideration for the development of the valley of the Sausset into a vast natural space at the heart of current and future urban development.
