Yangzhou Jiangguang Smart City

The landscape architecture project consists of a foundation to be developed in various ways for this new district of twenty or so hectares. The planning programmes will including housing and offices as well as a shopping centre. It plays a game of polarities: between city and nature by linking urban squares with very natural places such as ecological river banks; between work and leisure by creating connections between spaces dedicated to work and to recreation; between sustainability and high technology; between calm and activity through the dialogue between peaceful spaces and dynamic development networks.
