Villetaneuse Public Spaces Charter

At the heart of the commune of Villetaneuse, the university of Paris-XIII, served by the future station of the Nord tangential and the the new tram line (Saint-Denis-Épinay-Villetaneuse), forms a specific place in this sector of the commune of Plaine. The public spaces charter for the university, in conjunction with the Devillers plan, aimed to define their status and the specifications for their development, as well their interface with the neighbouring quarters.
