Rosny, Villemomble, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-sur-Marne Former A103 Highway

The reconfiguration of the land formerly taken up by the A103 is an opportunity to respond to the challenges of the development of Greater Paris and that of the communes concerned. Crossing the Avron plateau to meet the Marne, the land parcels of the former A103 offer a strong potential for enhancing the landscape of this sector. The aim of this study is to propose an urban and landscape project that respects the challenges of sustainable development, taking advantage of these land opportunities and taking into account the policy direction of the Paris East Council for Tertiary Development.
