Val-de-Marne Redevelopment of the RN4 Highway
As well as the creation of a bypass, the study of the RN4 at Ormesson-sur-Marne, La Queue-en-Brie and Pontault-Combault had several parallel aims: redeveloping the national road as an urban avenue, recreating horizontal links with the communes it crosses, and giving thought to future urban development beyond existing limits that would be connected with the existing urban fabric and respectful of natural and agricultural spaces.
