Nanterre Seine-Arche Public Spaces
Undertaken in collaboration with TGT, the architects and urban planners of the Seine-Arche operation, the landscape project involves developing from Croisée square the public space of terraces 3 to 11, the boulevards of Pesaro and Provinces-Françaises, and the forecourt of the station and the university. This sector of the Seine-Arche project represents a sharp drop in ground level, allowing one to descend progressively towards the Seine. The landscape project thus marks a transition towards a more natural landscape. The terraces allowed us to use a variety of plant motifs and to open them up to different uses by the citizens.
